All custom, personalized, and final sale items are non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, the customer agrees to contact FFR Cycling directly before initiating any chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Blocking of future purchases
  • Submission of proof of delivery and transaction to payment processors
