SHIPPING POLICY (FFR Cycling)
FFR Cycling operates through Shopify to provide a secure and reliable shopping experience. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales events, or high order volume.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
FFR Cycling reserves the right to delay processing if additional verification is required for payment security or fraud prevention.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been shipped:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Promotional free shipping offers may apply to select orders or minimum purchase amounts.
For free shipping orders, FFR Cycling reserves the right to select the carrier and shipping method.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped.
Incorrect Address
Customers are fully responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
FFR Cycling is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders delivered to wrong addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by address errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, FFR Cycling is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to file a claim.
FFR Cycling may assist with support, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
FFR Cycling is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- High order volume
- Holidays or peak seasons
- Customs (for international orders)
International Shipping (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipped.
